“Absolutely terrible customer service. One of my boxes was missing and that was $13. I was asked to provide a photo of the invoice in addition to the product that I actually received and I provided that twice.. I was then asked to submit that yet again and I was told they could not find the order number. The thread of emails clearly shows all of the information that was requested of me. After I finally said, just keep it miraculously the invoice number was located and they agreed that one of my boxes of product which was the lemon was missing however, I was treated in such a way that. I was made to feel as if I was trying to steal something. The back-and-forth with the emails finally ended when I said I was done. I will not be ordering from your company ever again at least with Amazon orders if something is missing or incorrect they make it right and don’t make their customers feel like thieves”
