“I LOVED the cup when I got it. The lid was fun to drink from. I was going to gift two more to family members because i thought it was so great. I had it for less than a week and was using it, drinking from it. Then it happened, I moved my phone to the other side of me, and it happened to tap my glass cup during the move. The tap was not hard, not uncontrolled not careless, but a small accidental tap, unrushed. And then CRACK! It cracked! In less than a week! And when I contacted them about it for a cup replacement, the retribution I receive is just $10 off next purchase. My cup is cracked. In less than 1 week of ownership. I expected it to be a little more durable than breakage by cell phone edge. Just be ready for a weak cup. It's great, but flimsier than it feels. I wasn't expecting this. I'm severely disappointed.”
