“I am honestly SO MAD and DISAPPOINTED!!! I made a complaint, and uploaded photos, to show exactly why I was unhappy with the product. Waterdrop apologized to me about the defective and differently made sleeve/sheath, and then they did a wonderful thing! They said they understood the problem and would send me another. In fact the entire bottle and new sleeve and a bunch of microenzymes. I thought that was wonderful. When it arrived it was exactly the same as before, and not what is pictured above. “I really like the starter set. All the flavors I’ve tried so fair have been good. I tend to be picky about flavored drinks especially water like ones. Yours is the closest to Hint water that I’ve had. I only liked their water until trying your product. So that’s great that there are more flavored water options that I like.”
“I love my bottle and sleeve. They are very nice and easy to take with you wherever you go! The samples of the flavors is nice as well. The flavors are nice and light. If you enjoy heavily chemical flavored water these flavors are not for you. I almost did not purchase this due to some negative flavor reviews, but I’m glad I did! I’m drinking more water and getting some vitamins as a bonus!”
