“This would be a value if they didn’t send 4 of the 6 packages with an expiration date within a month of delivery. When I asked for at least 2 packages to be replaced with later dates, they said no because it is in their policy to have fresh product (when the other two packages had expiration dates of November)… in my opinion I think it’s unfair to send 48 tablets and ask the customer to finish them within 30 days. Can it be done? Sure- is that how I wanted to enjoy them? Absolutely not. Poor, dismissive customer service on top of that said they won’t send replacements because 30 days expiration is their policy.”
“These 5 waterdrop flavors are my favorite, and I wanted to try the new Shiro flavor as well. I am glad I did, Shiro is so good! I would say its a stronger taste, but still light in its flavor.”
