“The drink is great, the delivery was delayed - I was informed but never given a reason. To make up I was given a code for £5 off my next order - which wasn't valid! I complained about this in an email, got a fast response apologising and was told that I would be contacted within two days after the matter had been investigated. Never heard anything again.
Given that when I am logged in the website identifies me as "Mr Mr" I am forced to the conclusion that they have a problem with their technology. Not ideal for an internet based business.
Two stars for the product, minus score for customer service!”
