“The bottle itself is nice, as is the sleeve the bottle comes with. I only rated the bottle 3 out of 5 due to the bottlecap, while it looks and feels high quality the metal part of the lid spins on the plastic threaded insert which makes it a pain to undo at times as you need to grip the lid harder for it to pinch and grip on the plastic insert. I haven't reached out to Waterdrop about this issue.”
