“Bottle itself good. Customer service AWFUL! I tried to order when this was in the sale over Easter but lack of Wi-Fi in our holiday cottage and poor 4G meant I didn’t manage. I bought at full price and then noticed a hidden tab on my account with offers and realised I’d missed out on 10% off. Despite spending a substantial amount with Waterdrop, when I emailed they point blank refused to honour the discount. Put me off the company. Already feel it’s overhyped and overpriced. Identical bottles on well known online stores and poor customer service is a no from me.”
