“Glass screw part at the top of the bottle broke within 10 days of delivery, not damaged by myself in any way or put in the dishwasher, obviously a weak point on the bottle. Lovely design though and super fast delivery. I have sent photos to waterdrop but no reply as yet. Very disappointing”
“What can I say? Needed something to encourage me to drink more water and, honestly, it was your fab bottles that caught my eye. So decided to go with the starter pack and I LOVE IT ! So much so, also bought a smaller 600ml bottle plus a 400ml metal one. Lots of lovely flavours. Cannot decide on my favourite yet but I am hooked.”
