For a month now it stopped working even after I got replacement cassette Now it’s five days without any testing I’m not happy!!

The new cassette had more stuff to choose from and it sent me for a little loop but customer service put me on track, got me pooling in the right direction and went out of their way to do so, so bravo to the customer service.

We had the older model and now have the newer model. It makes caring for our pool so much easier. The customer service is amazing also. We can’t live without it now that we have one.

These won’t read alkalinity regularly. I have also had issues with the calcium not always reading. I had the original water guru and bought the new one to be able to keep a better eye on the total wellness of my pool. I’m disappointed at the glitches we have dealt with. The support team assured me they would be corrected in a software update they’re working on, but that doesn’t help this summer. When the cassettes get close to running out, I have had them just stop working with 3-4 measures remaining. That’s a pretty big bummer when they only do 28 to begin with.

I am so pleased with my results from a support ticket I placed with WaterGuru regarding a defective Sence S2 Cassette. The resolution meant sending me a new C5 cartridge. The replacement cartridge came quickly and without cost. I put that cartridge into my Sense S2 device to ensure it worked and am 100% satisfied with both the product and WaterGuru support.
