“I had a little trouble getting my replacement Water Guru to work, but I put in a call to Water Guru and they were able to get my Water Guru working just fine.
I know I have had to call for hlep in th epst and every time they were able to get my unit back to working.
I would highly reccommend the Water Guru to save you a weekly trip to the pool store for water testing.”
“My water guru Sense stopped working. Called support line and they to troubleshoot and found out that the unit was bad. A new one was sent to me within three days. Excellent customer service.”
“Takes all the guesswork out of monitoring the chemicals in the pool. It keeps the pool cleaning person honest as one can check both his and SENSE chemical reading.”
“Our original Guru was having some issues after 8-9 months and customer support was quick to offer a replacement for the faulty unit. Very happy with the Water Guru and would recommend.”
“The chemical is fine. 5 stars. But I didn’t get a bucket as pictured. Instead I received multiple 6 lb. bags. Ok so no problem, right? No. These bags are the worst design EVER. Why try to improve a ziplock style? Stupid tabs get in the way. Impossible to seal back up. Will never buy this brand again.”
“Yea the chemical is the chemical they say it is. Five stars for that. BUT the ‘resealable’ pouches are anything but resealable. It’s the most asinine thing I think I’ve ever seen. I have pets. Won’t ever buy this brand again for anything.
I was a kid when ziplock technology was introduced. I know how to work a press and seal closure. Why they thought the tabs that won’t allow it to seal was a good idea is beyond me.”
“I sampled the water on August 11th and results were not returned until 12 days later making the information untimely and not particularly useful. What is interesting is that the lab data does not remotely agree with cassette data for TA, CH, and CYA. This tells me to just rely on my Taylor 2006 test kit for those parameters. Ph and FC though seem to match well based upon lab results from my pool company. The moral of the story, is the Sense 2 is not worth the extra money.”
