“I am not very pleased with my new purchase of the roll top bag. The straps are only adjustable to a certain point such that I cannot get them short enough to sit nicely on my back. The bag sits too low and is uncomfortable when walking as its bouncing off my bum. Furthermore the roll top feature does not work when I put items in my bag, the velcro doesnt stay so it unrolls every time I use it. Also, when I recieved the bag brand new, the inner lining was already fraying. I would like to return the rucksack as I believe it is not what I expected it to be.”
