“The helmet arrived promptly. The design is superb, fantastically comfortable and compact enough to fit into a small rucksack or briefcase. Not only does it fit well, but it also looks like a "normal" helmet. A previous folding helmet I had looked very odd and not very comfortable which put me off wearing it. I decided to go for the upgraded MIPS design which was excellent value at the sale price. I really can't fault it. All in all this helmet is a gamechanger for me.”

I opened the box, unfolded it and pushed down the clip… snap! And it was loose. Did I break it? Not sure, but it was definitely broken.
Emailed customer service and Josh immediately despatched a new one and instructions for returning the broken one. No quibbles. From first order to second one arriving was less than a week.
I’ve since been a bit more careful making sure it’s well aligned before pushing down the clip, but it does exactly what I need- a compact helmet in my work bag for when I use a hire bike around town.
Just wish I’d waited for the MIPs one- but you don’t have to, because it’s available now!”
