“I love miracle bread and I make a loaf every week. I have celiac disease as well as dairy intolerance so I need a bread that can accommodate my needs. Miracle bread is perfect! I can toast it and make sandwiches with it. I love the taste also.

“I am just trying out the bread for the first time today. I was looking forward to using yeast for that old fashioned smell and taste, however I could not get that far because nowhere in the recipe was the instructions on how much sweetener to use with the yeast, nor what kind. I went ahead and made it without and was a bit disappointed.
I hope this can be corrected.
Are the other recipes the same way where yeast could be used, i.e., pizza, cinnamon rolls, etc.?”

The use of yeast is optional. However, for those that wish to use this ingredient the information is provided inside the Miracle Bread bake book. There is also information in the book on the amount of sweetener required
