We understand they are more than conventional mixes, but the ingredients are also more expensive than the corn, soy, wheat and sugar used in most baking mixes. We can’t do much about the shipping, as dry powder mixes are dense and somewhat heavy. But we do offer FREE shipping for all orders over$75. Finally, as for the cookbooks. Your digital recipe bakebooks were sent to your email automatically when you ordered. If you did not receive that, it’s possible the message went to spam.
