“I bought this to try the baked "apple" hand pies, and met with mixed success. The zucchini filling was wonderful. The dough, however, was very difficult to work with, and very fragile. The taste was good, but it was a lot of work for six pies, which is what I got from the recipe. I'm going to try the garlic parmesan knots next, and look forward to my results.”
“I was so excited to try making some pancakes with the Miracle Mix, but I have to say my husband and I were both disappointed with the results! Not fluffy at all, and not particularly tasty! I'll try making something else with it next time, maybe a pizza crust??”

“Note: I didn't order the Tasty Trio, only 3 packages of the Miracle Mix.
I had a recipe for Keto Garlic Knots which sounded delicious and I ordered the Mix to make the knots. The basic results were delicious and the dough came together easily. However I will probably not ever make the knots again - way too much fussing. I will see how the same recipe works with just garlic balls. I have since substituted Miracle Mix for almond flour in my "Healthy Brownies" and the result has been fabulous. I love being able to get the almond, coconut and flax flours together in very desirable proportions. I added baking powder to the brownies, following my recipe, and the results with the extra levening seemed OK. Maybe next time, I'll leave it out. Great product!”
