“This product bothered my stomach. So I tried to return per there posted policy online and I got a huge run around. Long delays in their response and refusal to uphold their own posted policy. I was only able to get a refund after contacting my credit card company. I had to pay for return shipping. They refused to provide any shipping assistance even during the pandemic. It felt as though they were intentionally making it difficult to return their product. Very disappointing. I will Never purchase from this company again and I would not recommend it to anyone else.”
