“I don't bake many cakes. Also, I prefer Angel Food Cake. But this cake (I made cupcakes) was very light and without the excessive sweetness of so most packaged mixes.
I think the flavors should stand out - not the excess sugar. This mix did not disappoint. I was able to taste the flavors, and I didn't even frost the cupcakes. Although I am sure it would be good with a light whipped type frosting.”
