“I bought this because we are trying to stay on a modified Keto eating plan. It is very difficult to get my husband to eat anything that doesn't taste like "normal" food though. The brownies are fantastic, and my husband ate most of them, lol. The pizza crust mix was easier to use than I expected and even my husband said the pizza was excellent. The bread mix, well, he doesn't care for it (says it's too mealy), but I love it, and it has definitely kept me from missing bread. The cocoa? Delicious! I've only made pancakes using the Miracle Mix, but husband approved those. I have not yet used the Keto Sweet, but am looking forward to trying it. Thank you for making Keto much easier, and much more delicious for us!”

I substituted the miracle flour for coating on my eggplant Parmesan and it was excellent. The hot cocoa mix is terrific too. I mixed it with Unsweetened almond milk Yummy”

“Unfortunately this bread reminds me of my first gluten free experiences in 1998. The flavor tasted strongly of fermented bean flour that had been burned. Texture and rise were non existent. Now, I understand why they refused to honor the 15% discount on my order and the kindness shown to place the discount on my next order...I will not be making a second order to cash in on their offer. I’ve only made the bread from the baking bundle, don’t know if I will sacrifice eggs, and energy to make the rest of the bundle. I do like the hot chocolate mix.”
