“I bought 2 of the reindeer they were beautiful when switched on unfortunately after only 10 nights the stag head and antlers stopped working, I placed a complaint, which was promptly dealt with and issue was quickly resolved. Rated 5 stars as the reindeer where highly admired. 5 stars are awarded for quick response received regarding the faulty stag.”
