“I bought two of the 6ft trees. They are well-clothed with branches, not sparse at all as some reviews of the smaller trees have mentioned. They look great in our front garden, very bright and eye-catching in the evenings.
The base plates have four holes in the corners and come with small tent pegs for anchorage, but they proved completely inadequate against high winds so I've weighted the base plates with big flat stones and also tied the trunks to angled stakes for a belt-and-braces approach. The tree branches are positionable, but those around the base and middle easily swing back and forth horizontally, which means that if blown by strong winds, they all end up blowing backwards, giving an unintentionally windswept look! I don't think I can fix that, hence 4 stars instead of 5. In general, I like them. I just need to figure out how to control those branches. Wouldn't be a problem indoors, of course.”
