“Twice I have bought this product. Twice it has failed. It only lasted 3 days the first time and this year I bought it again because it’s soo pretty and this time it only lasted a few hours. They are currently processing my refund but without my almost £10 shipping. I paid fast shipping for something that doesn’t work and I have to bear the cost of that”
