“The red balls turned up with half of the pack damaged and scratched. You kindly sent out another pack but three of these were damaged as well - in fact two were bent in on themselves. I accept things may get damaged in transit but more care probably needs to be taken when despatching items like this.
Also you may wish to review your partnership with Evri - the second parcel was due for delivery on 5th August and I have just received it today - 11th August after many non deliveries. As it was the parcel wasn't urgent but it may be something you want to look into as I'm sure you're paying a sum for their service.”
