“Extremely poor quality. These lights are clearly mass-produced, cheaply made overseas imports and are well below an acceptable standard.
Despite being marketed for outdoor use, they are absolutely not suitable for outdoors. The battery housing is not sealed and would easily allow water in. The lights are attached to a thin metal wire cable that would inevitably rust outside, and the bulb housings do not appear weatherproof or waterproof in any way.
While the pastel colours are somewhat pretty, they are very dull in person—far dimmer than shown in the online images.
Due to the terrible quality, I had to return them. They resemble low-grade products you’d expect from discount marketplaces, not something sold at this price point.
The returns process is unnecessarily complicated. You must select the item, choose a main reason, then a secondary reason, upload photos, and wait for approval. A return label is only provided if the item is deemed “damaged,” and to make matters worse, I was charged a £3.95 restocking fee.
They also refused to refund the original postage, despite the product being misleadingly advertised.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Avoid.”
“Loved them when they were lit,but trying to straighten them out to hang on a small tree was a nightmare because they kept getting tangle up.Think this is why they are no longer working so through them out.The length was great,but dont think that helped with trying to stop them getting tangled upWouldnt buy another set for that reason.My daughter has the Autumn pastel set which I bought for her so have warned her how bad they are for getting tangled up.”
