The fact you won’t collect two big boxes containing the faulty reindeer is ridiculous as they are far too big to return in the post and also aren’t suitable for transport as torn getting the goods out not expecting brand new light up reindeer not to work. it is very poor policy by We R Christmas not to collect large items for refund.”
