“I am sure that we will love the tree but as it only arrived yesterday, the 6 Jan, it will be going straight into the attic along with the rest of the Christmas decorations. We look forward to unboxing it next year, Covid permitting!”
“I ordered the tree on the 04 December and it did not arrive until 23rd December. I emailed 3 times for an update and unfortunately, received no reply. Not had a problem ordering from this company before but was very disappointed with the service this time.”
