“I bought the plain wreath 600mm. When it arrived I was a bit disappointed as it only measured 500mm with it pulled out into a reasonable shape. If I had palled it out anymore it would have looked very thin. When I complained they said it was from tip to tip but you would never pull it out like that. I was expecting something quite impressive in size but it was only ordinary. Was offered 10p/c refund but wasn’t really interested in that just wanted them to know I felt let down on size.”
