“The item itself was of good quality but took over a month to arrive with no correspondence regarding my concerns or request for a refund if not delivered on time. Finally wreath arrived on 5th jan so too late for Xmas and now in sale.
Disappointed in customer care. No offer of refund or discount to sale price since date of arrival was so late.”
