“Although my order arrived 2 days later than expected, customer services were indeed quick to refund me for the delivery fee and apologise. However, when the tree arrived, and I took the time to fluff it up… it certainly exceeded expectations - so the delay was well worth it. I’ve had so many compliments from neighbours passing by. It’s a show stopper and one that is well made. I’m so delighted I settled on this tree. I purchased the 45 meter lights also!”

“The tree arrived 5 days after purchase. It was securely packed and upon opening the box, I could tell the quality was fab. The tree has a funny smell (not the usual fake plastic tree smell) but it is slowly going after being up for a while. It comes in 3 parts with hinged branches. Easy to erect and arrange. The branches aren't sparse but are instead full and lush. I am soooo happy with my tree. Will absolutely order from here again!”
