I bought a 7ft pre-lit Grand Alaskan tree a few weeks ago. it was delivered last week and when checking it I found it to be faulty. The connecting part of the pole in the middle section had been bashed so it was flat at one part and wouldn't fit into the lower part of the tree. I was gutted and pretty worried after spending £250 on it!
I sent an email with a photo of the damaged part last Saturday night and was surprised to see a reply just after 9am the following morning. Sandra from customer services was really helpful and supplied me with a returns form to print and attach to the box. She advised me that their returns were free and to take it to my nearest post office and to make sure I got a proof of return receipt which I should provide them with a copy of. The following day I did this and sent a photo of the receipt to Sandra who advised me a few hours later that my replacement tree had been dispatched. It arrived yesterday and I'm pleased to say its in full working order. It looks huge and has a good weight to it.
Although I didn't separate out all of the branches, I can see that it has a substantial amount of lights and its going to look beautiful when it's all sorted properly.
