“I absolutely love the tree and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen, but was somewhat unnerved by the lack of ability to communicate whilst awaiting arrival which was according to your information due to be despatched within 3-4 days. It actually took 14 days. Hopefully by next year you will have better communication with your purchasers”
