“Con artists. Took payment ten sent out a wreath with only the adaptor and no connecting lead. Jave emailed numerous times and nothing got sorted. No return documents in package so I can't even send it back. So I am down the price of an incomplete product and yet the senders are just happy to take the payment and then ignore the customer. Never again, terrible customer service - actually, NO customer service. I will be taking this further. It isn't right that I pay with my hard earned money and then get package that is incomplete. Merry Christmas”
“This was an impulse purchase. It is much more sturdy than expected given that it was less than half the price of 1m wreaths that I saw elsewhere. I decorated it and hung it outside. The lights are not terribly even, but I can adjust those for next year.”
