“Ok, not as nice as it looks online and quite a lot of the berries had fallen off on arrival. Feels quite sharp, not ideal if on the banister.
Also frustrating that I ordered this item and something else, I was advised this item was out of stock so I was refunded, only to see it back in stock soon after so I had to reorder and pay postage again.
Also extremely poor customer service, I have emailed 5 times about trying to return another item that they send me Incorrectly, still no response from this company”
