“This is a hard review to write as my experience with WeRchristmas has been THE most frustrating experience ever! So, here’s a thing. I ordered my tree early December with a 3-5 day turnaround. Generously I didn’t really expect it until mid December, but then I became uneasy at the lack of correspondence and started to read the 100’s of really bad negative reviews. I thought scam? I thought I’d been robbed. I felt stupid and naive. I kept trying to contact. I Emailed with just an Automated reply. I Phoned with American Answerphone message. Alarm bells ringing. I opened a PayPal dispute. Still no response. In the meantime I delved deeper. I saw the FB tour of chaos. I understood the Covid delays. I understood because of Covid , orders were incoming and incessant. But still no correspondence. ... I could bleat on ... anyway my tree arrived on 8th January, perfectly fine for this Christmas! It is beautiful. Pre-lit balsam 8ft beauty! ... WeRchristmas, please, please, if you do nothing else, please correspond with your customers! You are clearly a good firm that has been overwhelmed with the awfulness of our countries pandemic, but going forward communication is key if you want to keep your business. 3 stars is for the tree.
