“The tree is great & does look lovely however when we received over 2 weeks ago we contacted customer service as the box did look as though it had been opened & the tree has a few very small pieces broken off. Also it’s a pre lit tree & one off the connectors one slightly bent which made us think it was a return tree. We emailed immediately but still had no response from anybody at We R Christmas”
