“I keep getting messages to review and it’s an absolute insult as I have asked 4 times now for a refund. The fan for the tree is not adequate for the size. Therefore stopped working after 6 hours of use. Literally the day after it was delivered, we set it up, switched on and it died the same day!
Also much longer to be delivered than advised when placing the order. No correspondence from this company at all. So much so I was beginning to think it was fake. Anyway, in the 6 hours we got to enjoy the £85 we paid. The tree was beautiful. I do still expect a full refund for the tree.”
“The tree is amazing. Looks good when it gets dark. Takes time blowing up as it being big. And had to add a couple more ropes to it as wind does blow it about.”
