“These lights are beautiful I am really pleased with them and have been admired by friends and neighbours. They were delivered late (about 5 days) normally I wouldn’t have been bothered but having read reviews I did get worried however I just think they have been so busy but could have managed customer expectations better by having a much better auto email response and voicemail message. As I am so pleased with the lights I would order from them again.”
“The lights are perfect!! They were delayed slightly but it is very understandable due to how many orders they had coming through! The only bit of criticism I’d give is there were no notices on the website to begin with about delays it was posted on social media and unless you check this then you’re none the wiser about your order being delayed. But other than that great product and I am sure the delivery would have been quicker if it wasn’t so close to Christmas time.”
