“After ordering this tree on the 7th December i came upon a very negative webpage regarding this company outlining non delivery poor customer service etc. so you can imagine my apprehension as to whether i would receive my order. What i can say from my experience is my order was treated very well indeed with emails keeping me updated with every step of the delivery procedure and my tree was delivered on the 16th December and considering how close to Christmas along with the Covid restrictions i was very pleased with the service i received.
As for the tree, it is beautiful, very realistic looking, love the different lengths of the branches and the number of lights give it a lovely twinkle which could be used with or without further decoration.
Anyone looking for a smaller tree to sit on a coffee table etc. would certainly find this one to be a very attractive choice.”
