“Amazing!!! I could not be happier with the tree we ordered, it looks so real, the lights are so small and there are loads of them which is lovely, it took two minutes to put up (I wanted to check I liked it incase I needed to return it) and it came within 3 days! We did order in June so I assumed it wouldn’t take as long as some of the reviews say but the quality and look of this tree is 10/10. Worth the money!”
“The actual tree is lovely, very pleased BUT I ordered it on the 28th November and didn’t arrive until 30th Dec. I also paid extra for a quick delivery. I now see the tree in the sale.
You could at least as good will, refund me the difference for the inconvenience, the money for delivery and for the cost of me buying real tree as you did not send my order in time even when I rang and emailed you many time!!”

“It took 9 days before we received our tree. On Web site stated delivery within 2-3 days. Contacted company several times by email and phone and never received any correspondence. If we had read reviews prior to ordering we would never have placed an order with this company. However when tree did finally arrive we were really pleased it was described on website.”
