“On receiving them in the packaging they are folded & on opening them out they look stunning but then I was a little disappointed as out of the 6 that I ordered 2 were stained ...not sure if the brown stem had anything to do with it & it had transferred onto the white ..but as the order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive I felt I wouldn’t get replacements in time ...”
“Items are alright not sure if they are worth £4.99 each, one of my flowers does have a mark on it and the item being white it’s very noticeable but after waiting nearly two weeks for them to arrive imagine how long it would take to get a replacement, so I’ve just give it wipe with some whitening powder, after waiting and waiting for my delivery I contacted customer service numerous times wondering if I was ever going to receive my items, thinking had they been lost in transit as no tracking was available to clarify my delivery was on route to which I got no reply”
