“The blouse was stained with makeup around the collar and neckline. It looked very shabby. It looked like it had been worn by someone else then returned with no attempt to clean it up. I believe this should have been noticed at Whistles before they sent it out to another customer. Poor quality control. Very disappointing and certainly expected better from Whistles.”
