“I use the Bluewater or Tun.Wells store for my purchases & find staff in both stores helpful & on the whole willing to be honest about the clothes you ‘try on’. I find online purchases easy but do prefer to try on in person before paying out, but when needed returns are easy as they can also be done in store. I can however see that detailing on clothes and the finish are becoming poorer, with a lot of cottons to be cut off at home & cheaper details being used .”
