“I ordered a pair of jeans which arrived quickly but on trying them on I noticed broken stitching on the zip. There is no option for exchange and I do not have a local store since the Cambridge branch closed. I returned them straight away and was advised that a refund may take 14 working days from receipt, plus 3-5 days to reach my account!. I can't simply reorder and wait for the refund as my original payment included a gift card which needs to be refunded. I can understand refunds taking longer if a customer simply change their mind (although these times are much longer than other companies), but when an item is faulty it seems ridiculous that I may have to wait almost a month for a replacement. To be fair, the customer service agents have been prompt with their communucation and offered me my original discount plus free shipping, but they are dealing with a poor system.”

“I’m an average size 6 and these fitted perfectly for me. Colour burgundy is the shade I was after. Little stiff but I expected that because of style of shoe but can tell it will soften with wear.”

“The bag wasnt as nice as i thought it would be and not worth the money.I took it back to my local Whistles but despite it saying free returns to store on website ,they said they were unable yo do it as hadnt got the right computer system.I wasnt too impressed as had made a special journey.Now had to return to post office and pay to return ,its been nearly a week now and not yet refunded.”

“The sizing is just weird sadly. I am normally a 26/27 in whistles jeans but they were very small so I ordered the 28 and they were equally small. It seems with the high waist the cut won’t go round a rounder bottom, despite being petite. It’s a first for me with whistles so I won’t let it put me off but this is an item I’d recommend trying in store or just buying multiple sizes.”
