“The front of the shoe where the suede is has marked already from walking. They haven’t kept their look or shape for long. I won’t be buying again. It’s a shame because I normally love whistles shoes. I would like to return them but I don’t have the original packaging.”

“Worst ever experience with an online purchase from anyone. I'm partially sighted so went into your Brighton branch for help in ordering the jacket. A few days later l received a message from you reprimanding me for ordering an out of stock item. I was bitterly disappointed but then several days after another message arrived saying the jacket was on its way . So l did receive it but never any apology.”

“I love the dress and it fits perfectly! Unfortunately, it arrived in a plastic bag and to say it was horribly creased is an understatement. I’ve never seen anything like it. I emailed Customer Services via their website portal, and am again disappointed as I had no response. I paid for delivery and now I have to pay for it to be steamed as I don’t think an ordinary iron will work. Such a shame as this had put me off ordering more. I am a size 4 and you do not stock this size in store.”
