“Items arrive quickly. Quality is great. Website pictures accurate and helpful. I returned an item as it was too big (ordered a smaller size) and the returns process is smooth and I was refunded very promptly.”

“After being sent a defective one this was finally remedied and I got a beautiful top. Not had chance to wear it and have noted it's dropped price, yet again, in this space of time. There seems to be a lot of problems with emails, chat and phone lines, and it took three days and several hours of my time to rectify everything. I also ordered the brown one but it was all pilled and slightly felted. So that one went back as well as the first pink one which seemed to have cat claw holes all over the back. Although I love the top I've persevered to acquire, the experience has not been a good one at all! I'm being generous with two stars which are mainly for the top, not the company. The emails still haven't been answered. The phone was never picked up and the chat took up to hours at a time where they turned up, noted you had gone then closed the chat!”

“I love Whistles. The clothes fit beautifully and wash well. They are on trend but with a classic twist. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at my Kingston upon Thames store, they are fantastic. I highly recommend Whistles for every occasion.”

“Blouse was poor of quality for the price and also stained at the neckline, torn and did not arrive next day despite paying for next day delivery. However, the customer service rep that answered my complaint was excellent and refunded my delivery charge and gave a 10% discount. I hadn't discovered it was torn until I tried it on and di not have energy to email customer service again. A disappointing first shop with Whistles.”

“I’ve had a terrible experience with this dress and the customer service received. I bought the dress the first time when you had an offer going on and when received the dress had all buttons falling off. I spoke to the customer service agent who suggested to send the dress back and buy the dress again which they said they will price match. Anyway, after ordering the new dress, some of the buttons are coming off again and similarly the customer service agent has gone silent re price matching even after multiple follow ups. Very disappointed with the service and quality, I will be returning the dress again as I refuse to pay more than the initial buy and still not be satisfied with the quality.”

“I bought the dress in 2 sizes. It looked awful in both so I returned both but have only received a refund for one. The chatbot is hopeless, the phone line cuts you off after 2 minutes and the online chat just keeps you waiting. I just want my money back but it is impossible to get hold of customer services by any means. Absolutely atrocious customer service”
