“Placed order for next day delivery. Had to chase twice and given 2 different reasons for non despatch. I cancelled the order over phone. I then received email to say no stock and refund made. Chased refund after 5 working days and told not processed correctly and will process again. Will not use whistles on line again as customer service extremely poor.”

“My order was accepted it when I queried why it hadn’t arrived after the stated period of time I was told the order had been cancelled as it couldn’t be fulfilled! That happened to two of the three items ordered, very disappointing.”

“Unfortunately I purchased this item online. Money was taken from my account and then over a week later when I chased why I hadn't received a dispatch email, I found out the item was sold out so I would have to be refunded. So overall not a good consumer experience.”

“It's bordering on offensive that you have asked me to review an item that I haven't got. I am still waiting for a refund after Evri cannot locate my item, I do not feel confident that I will receive my refund as Whistles has stated only when items have been returned will they refund. As Evri cannot find the parcel, where does that leave me?”

“This item hasn’t arrived, it was ordered two weeks ago. I have contacted support and they have told me to wait another 48 hours and contact them again if no news. It’s awaiting dispatch from the warehouse apparently, but something has obviously gone wrong?”

“Ordered this top over 3 weeks ago and still no sign of it. So yes, while the jumper looks beautiful that's no use to me if I cannot wear it! I've been onto them several times but I am still jumperless! So while their clothes might be lovely that's no use to anybody if Whistles will not despatch them.”
