“My trainers arrived in appalling condition, ripped packaging, dirty soles aka shop soiled. Either a shop sample or a return no body bothered to check before reshipping to a customer. Also not as described ‘no tan tab’ boring white tab. Returned immediately. Sadly Whistles has gone badly downhill. Online only as very rural this customer of 40 years standing is very disappointed,”

“I would love to buy this jumpsuit in the teal colour but unfortunately it is not available in Petite. I am 5ft 2inches and the crotch of the regular size 10 is almost at my knees. Very disappointing.”

“Excellent customer service. There was an issue with the 20% off code (it was supposed to be off everything full price, but even though the item I wanted - the Tessa trouser - was discounted in the standard length, the petite length wasn't), so I had to contact customer service. They replied the next day, apologising for the error and giving me another 20% off code to use. I purchased the item in 2 sizes as I wasn't sure if I'd be UK 4 or a 6. Delivery was quick. I kept the size 6 and returned the other pair, and the return and refund was processed quickly.”
