“Very nice but a bit small even for small size”

“The bag wasnt as nice as i thought it would be and not worth the money.I took it back to my local Whistles but despite it saying free returns to store on website ,they said they were unable yo do it as hadnt got the right computer system.I wasnt too impressed as had made a special journey.Now had to return to post office and pay to return ,its been nearly a week now and not yet refunded.”

“Still waiting for my refund and they received my return 1 week ago. Apparently takes 14 days to process a refund and charge you £1.95 admin charge! Personally I find this unacceptable and won’t be buying online from Whistles again”

“Really disappointed with my Whistles order. The discount code didn't come through but the order placed somehow, Whistles wouldn't honour it and then, when the skirt did arrive it wasn't wrapped, it was just rattling round in the delivery bag and looked like it had done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson (I'm showing my age here!) Best part of £140 for a skirt that's not even lined. I used to really rate Whistles, won't be racing back sadly......”

“Worst ever experience with an online purchase from anyone. I'm partially sighted so went into your Brighton branch for help in ordering the jacket. A few days later l received a message from you reprimanding me for ordering an out of stock item. I was bitterly disappointed but then several days after another message arrived saying the jacket was on its way . So l did receive it but never any apology.”

“I love the dress and it fits perfectly! Unfortunately, it arrived in a plastic bag and to say it was horribly creased is an understatement. I’ve never seen anything like it. I emailed Customer Services via their website portal, and am again disappointed as I had no response. I paid for delivery and now I have to pay for it to be steamed as I don’t think an ordinary iron will work. Such a shame as this had put me off ordering more. I am a size 4 and you do not stock this size in store.”

“The dress I ordered I had waited to buy for ages. It then went out of stock for a while and then I saw it advertised again, so I ordered it, but it was way too big and I was so disappointed as I had loved the style but I would say it was two sizes bigger than I had expected so I had to send it back unfortunately.”
