First time buying from Whistles, I wanted tops with sleeves and preferably a scoop or v neck. Round necks don't really suit my 34dd bust.

Box arrived, ridiculous size in comparison to the size of the purse. Was sustainability ever considered as part of your online shopping? No cover on zip - in fact if there was’t a foam divide in the wallet, I would have questioned if it was new. Also so disappointed that a dust cover was not provided with wallet.

I absolutely love the v neck button front green cardigan that I purchased and would highly recommend it to others! The fit is great and the colour is beautiful, strong and vivid. However the reason I cannot give whistles 5 starts is due to their courier service evri - it took two purchases and one refund after weeks of waiting to get my cardigan. I also lost a pair of jeans I purchased as evri never delivered them and they then went out of stock. With no other courier option whistles aren’t really putting customer service as a top priority. Which is a shame as it was my go to shop for buying clothes - which I cannot deny, The clothes are beautiful. Would I buy from whistles online again? Probably not - there is better delivery and general security from John Lewis, selfridges etc.

Fabric and shape are fine but petite length is too short! Need knee length socks if you don’t like expanses of bare leg exposed when you sit. For me it’s not a good look. In the summer they’ll be fine.

Dress very small for a size 14 therefore sent back , reordered next size up paid for next day delivery , still waiting now day 4 , Disappointed !

I ordered this in the sale. It arrived but had a hole in the neck and was badly wrapped- looked as though it had been returned and sent straight out again.

Delivery was great, but packaging was awful,coat was wrapped in badly torn paper and tape. Not great first impressions. Being in a plastic bag the coat did smell. Wrong on my part I should have checked website. About not getting postage refunded. This would put me off purchasing again

Website: common. Styles: classic - boring. Quality: better than younger fast fashion high street brands. But not superior to other mature brands similarly positioned. Ie Jäger, Hobbs etc.

I was disappointed with the colour of the jumper, online the garment was described as pink but when I opened the package the jumper looked brown. The quality of the jumper was very good, just not a good colour.
