“Worst ever experience with an online purchase from anyone. I'm partially sighted so went into your Brighton branch for help in ordering the jacket. A few days later l received a message from you reprimanding me for ordering an out of stock item. I was bitterly disappointed but then several days after another message arrived saying the jacket was on its way . So l did receive it but never any apology.”

“I love the dress and it fits perfectly! Unfortunately, it arrived in a plastic bag and to say it was horribly creased is an understatement. I’ve never seen anything like it. I emailed Customer Services via their website portal, and am again disappointed as I had no response. I paid for delivery and now I have to pay for it to be steamed as I don’t think an ordinary iron will work. Such a shame as this had put me off ordering more. I am a size 4 and you do not stock this size in store.”

“The dress I ordered I had waited to buy for ages. It then went out of stock for a while and then I saw it advertised again, so I ordered it, but it was way too big and I was so disappointed as I had loved the style but I would say it was two sizes bigger than I had expected so I had to send it back unfortunately.”

“Itcwas reduced so reasonabke value but very screwed up on a plastc bag and it felt like iy has been in the bag for months. I have ironed it and am fairly pleaaed witg it.”

“The dress is a fitted shape with concealed zip. Too long for me at 5ft 4inches and colour is a very bright yellow and not flattering on fair skin. The material is quite thick and felt hot. I would not recommend this dress.”

“I found this blouse rather underwhelming. It may look fabulous on some but on me it was a bit of a non event. Plus it was a little bit tight around the bust. I should have taken notice of the reviews!”

“I oredered my skirt twice, first by courier and it arrived quickly and on time, but had to pay for it, as I had to return that order as it was on the large size I reordered to store. After waiting 7 days I decided to go into the store and ask if it had arrived, and it had, but I wasnt notified. the store were very good and apologised but it wasnt known why I had not been told it had arrived”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes over 2 weeks ago. I only received one (the ballet flats) and can’t get an update on second pair. Ballet flats were nice but too small. I’m quite unhappy with the customer service!”

“I love the idea, that they have quite a big range of petit dresses. UNFORTUNATELY they don't know how to convert UK-sizes to European sizes. So when you order European size 46, you get European size 48 (shown in the label and experienced in on my body.) Later, when I was annoyed by the fact that I got a wrong size, I checked in the on-line shop that they make this mistake on a regular basis. So for European customer I advise to buy either one size smaller or use the UK-sizes.”

“Was very disappointed with the dress because the two sides of the back at the zip were not aligned properly, giving a very lose/uneven appearance. Otherwise I liked the dress & so went to a dressmaker. I could have returned the dress but hadn’t the energy!”
