Ordered this for my Dad to give to my mum as 75th birthday gift. I ordered black. I didn’t open it - my mum did! Luckily she was over the moon it was brown! But that was not the colour I ordered!

Please get your sizes standardised – I'm currently having to size down at least one, possibly two, sizes. Problem is, unless I go into the shop and try things on, I don't know.

Usually very good, but sent the light gray, not dark gray jacket - so had to send it back. Very disappointing! Which meant I only got the refund for the jacket, not the postage, as jacket was delivered, just the wrong colour.

First time buying from Whistles, I wanted tops with sleeves and preferably a scoop or v neck. Round necks don't really suit my 34dd bust.

I would love to buy this jumpsuit in the teal colour but unfortunately it is not available in Petite. I am 5ft 2inches and the crotch of the regular size 10 is almost at my knees. Very disappointing.

Box arrived, ridiculous size in comparison to the size of the purse. Was sustainability ever considered as part of your online shopping? No cover on zip - in fact if there was’t a foam divide in the wallet, I would have questioned if it was new. Also so disappointed that a dust cover was not provided with wallet.
