I would imagine the products are high quality. Delivery was quick Refund seems slow.

As above. Was incentivised to order by a discount which didn’t apply itself at till. I would think twice about buying something again on the offer of a random code from a whistles e mail

Unfortunately Whistles let this garment down as when the blouse arrived in a smallpackage it was crushed very badly in and around the arms and seams where it had been folded. I wonder how long it had been like this as the crushes did not come out when hung up and aired. I had to use my steam iron to get all of them out of the material. I think more care should be used both in storing and in wrapping and packaging the garment to be sent to its customers, possibly wrapping with more tissue paper might help.

I love Whistles and this purchase has so disappointed me. To expect a fine pair of shoes and receive a mis-matched pair is not ideal.

After returning an item that was too large despite following the size guide, I wanted to order a smaller size. It's really a shame that you can't simply exchange because the coat that I ordered is suddenly much more expensive price as the price is no longer reduced. Maybe it's just bad luck but it doesn't feel right.

I really like Whistles, nice items and good quality, but ordering from Europe during sale is a bit of a gamble as, apparently the stock info on the website is different from the actual stock. It would be nice if that could be fixed. Also. It would be nice to have a ‘notify if item is back in stock’ button on the website.
