Always having to send Whistles garments back sadly, they look so good on line but in reality not for me.

Not surehow long i takes to receive a refund - item was returned on the 24/10/25

Hi Anne, Thanks for letting us know. I’m sorry about the delay in your refund. I'm glad to see the refund was processed on the 30th. For future reference we advise to allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be delivered back to us and processed.

I really like Whistles, nice items and good quality, but ordering from Europe during sale is a bit of a gamble as, apparently the stock info on the website is different from the actual stock. It would be nice if that could be fixed. Also. It would be nice to have a ‘notify if item is back in stock’ button on the website.
