I love Whistles but not your new delivery paid extra and my parcel delivered by Evri was slung on outside no bell rung disgusting Customer service unfriendly and not interested I have shopped for years with you no more unless delivery improves not Evri

Lovely jeans but very small cut. Ordered a 14 but they were more like trying to pull on a size 12. Couldn’t do them up!

Looked beautiful on paper, perfect colour and style. Arrived very creased. Tried it on, well I was not expecting such a misshapen pair of trousers.. and The waist fitted nicely, bit the rest was ridiculous. The crutch hung down and baggy alround. Legs were 6" too long. Maybe it was a manufacturing fault.

These are really beautiful shoes - very stylish and well made with gorgeous leather. I ordered a size 5 and they were so large that my feet just slipped right out of them. So I returned and ordered a size 4 - which were excruciatingly small, and also had to be returned.

Great skirt, was a little big which could have worked by wearing lower on hips. However as the skirt was folded into the smallest package and placed into only what i can describe as an envelope, it was so creased. The envelope packaging is not suitable for your garments….the end was torn and the skirt was wet when it arrived.

I opened the package and noticed a hole on one sleeve and a ladder in the material of other sleeve, low score is for dress, but whistles were quick & good at return process and providing refund

I have twice ordered ivory coloured pyjama bottoms but been sent the wrong colour ie green. So huge disappointment. Unfortunately had earlier purchased the ivory top so desperately hoping that will get the correct colour the third time of asking …. Bland response when I complained

Sadly this jacket did not fit me very well. It was too boxy and unflattering. The colour was not ideal either so I returned it.
