The customer service required to do an exchange was pretty subpar, and so I kept an order I would have otherwise returned. It came with further defects which destroyed other pieces in my wardrobe.

Next day postage paid but due to high levels of orders they apologised for the late delivery . It arrived after 5 -6 days . A promise of being credited with the postage did not happen

I am a fan of Whistles but it was a little annoying when I thought I had bagged a great jumper and then it never arrived...

On collection,Whistles staff were very friendly. However, I've not found their customer service helpful in resolving this issue.

I have bought several items from whistles lately and they have been over priced! small holes have appeared in the fabric and a white ribbed top has bobbled around the arm pit, not the quality it used to be.
