“I love this sweater. The colour is as described a lovely deep red great for a casual Christmas outfit but also all year round. I really like the fact that this is natural wool, I’m so fed up of polyester which doesn’t wear well. The shape and cut of this sweater are perfect - works with trousers and skirts. Would really recommend if like me you like a casual style and natural fabrics”

“Still waiting for my refund and they received my return 1 week ago. Apparently takes 14 days to process a refund and charge you £1.95 admin charge! Personally I find this unacceptable and won’t be buying online from Whistles again”

“I ordered this and 2 other jumpers, they were lost in transit. I spent more than 10 emails over 3 weeks arguing that I needed the money refunded. Eventually they did refund me, but I didn't even see the goods. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my life.”
