“Zero communication. Took me to chase to find out what had happened to my order. Was told it was out of stock and would be refunded. Meanwhile daily sales emails but not one to say my item was out of stock or that they weren’t delivering it. Very poor.”

“I have been a customer for over 30 years but your standards have dropped. On my birthday l was sent a code to obtain 20% off my next order. The code did not work l would have had £25.80 discount off a jump suit, l contacted you and a new code would be sent, instead you gave me £20 credit on my next order,vey kind but not the discount l was due, l bought Fiona linen jumpsuit after a few wears it looked like a rag, l was offered 10% part refund instead you gave me £10. Your quality of fabric is not always good. So sad.”
