“Ich habe die falsche Größe bekommen. Als Ursache vermute ich, dass in der Kleidung nur eine EU-Größe angegeben wird. Bei der der Umrechnungstabelle von UK in EU aber mehrere verschiedene EU-Länder mit ganz unterschiedlichen Größennormen. Nachdem ich das Kleid zurückgeschickt habe, wurden mir zunächst die Versandkosten abgezogen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, das sei nicht so und sie hätten alles erstattet. Erst nachdem ich eine Email, in der explizit stand, dass die Kosten abgezogen wurden, weitergeleitet habe, wurden diese dann erstattet. Der Kundenservice ist wenig zufriedenstellend.”

“Coat came broken ( No button had been ripped off). Would have returned but it was the last one and I was desperate for a coat. Website says they send replacement buttons. Yet when you ask they don’t. Was told I would be compensated £20 got 0.20p instead. Honestly worst shopping experience i’ve ever had.”
